- Turnaround Time and Delivery Information -
Turnaround time is approx. 2 weeks, however this can increase during busy periods. Please order as soon as possible if needed for a certain date or event.
For orders to be posted - all items are posted as 1st class small parcels with Royal Mail, which they aim to deliver in 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday). For largers orders, we may use a courier service.
For orders to be collected - please select the 'in-store collection' tickbox in the checkout section and we will call you when your item is ready.
Please note that all items are printed and/or embroidered to order. We do not hold stock in store.
- Returns & Exchanges -
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of order, and we're happy to exchange the items for a different size or for a refund. We cannot accept returns on items that are personalised with names or initials. Please give us a call or email and let us know before you send them back to us. Please reuse the delivery bag it was delivered in (or a similar, suitable alternative). All parcels send have an address label on, please return it to this address (also listed at the bottom of this page). Once we have the items back and have checked if they're in a resaleable condition, we will issue a full refund via Paypal. This can take a couple days to clear and return to your account.
Please note we cannot refund you for the cost of posting the item back to us, nor are we responsible for any item which gets lost or isn't delivered for whatever reason by Royal Mail.
